Delivery time:

Delivery time is usually 7-15 days from the day of delivery.

In case of any delay in delivery, you are notified by email no later than 5 days after purchase occasion.

Confirmation:

Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order information. 
It is great if you save the order confirmation to have on hand in case of contact with customer service.

Shipping:

Your goods are sent directly to your mailbox. Large orders can be collected at your nearest post office.

Transport:

If the item is damaged or lost during shipment Neonsign365.com will send you a new product. 
Contact our Customer Service directly for fastest service, but within a reasonable time, if you as a customer was prevented from pointing out the error in the delivery.

Right of withdrawal:

As a customer of Neonsign365.com you have the right to cancel a purchase within 7 days from the date you received the product, or a substantial part of the product. 
Notice of return must be sent to our customer service through your customer account Order History within 7 days of receipt of goods. 
As soon as we receive your return request we will contact you. Products must be returned in same condition as you received it. 
The product must be packaged in their original packaging with the associated inner packaging and together with any accessories. 
Put no address labels directly on product packaging, send the original box in another box. 
Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice). 
You must pay for return postage. Returns can not be sent as cash on delivery. 
Save your receipt, remember that you are responsible for return shipment!

Defect product:

If you receive a defect or wrong goods supplied, contact Customer Service directly for fastest service, but within a reasonable time, if you as a customer was prevented from pointing out the error in the delivery. 
We receive your complaint and send return instructions. Send the item in the condition it was received, followed by a damage or error report, you will get an error free product in return. 
When selling to consumers (private person) applies in the consumer law of sale to Neonsign365.com for purchases made by consumers to remedy the defect or make a new delivery if it can be done without unreasonable cost or inconvenience to Neonsign365.com.

Dispute:

In cases of dispute, Neonsign365.com accept the recommendations of the consumer law of sale in your home country.
